Will USDC to Dollar fall below 0.95 in 2024 before christmas?

USDC is the basis for many online transactions, but is a stablecoin, it isn't perfectly tied to the dollar if no one thinks it will keep being stable. Previous lows were ~0.97 in March 2023.
