Kosovo applied to join the EU in December 2022. Negotiation talks have not yet started at time of market creation (March 2024).

When will Kosovo be a member of the EU? All true options resolve YES. At the end of each period, the corresponding answer resolves NO. If Kosovo becomes an EU member, every remaining option resolves YES. In the event that Kosovo officially abandons its current application, or if it ceases to consider itself an independent country, all options resolve NO.

I will bet in this market. I may add more options, but since any number of options can resolve YES, adding more options doesn't change existing probabilities.
