This market resolves YES if, by January 1, 2028, the US Government establishes a formal public-private partnership with OpenAI that includes at least one of the following elements:

- OpenAI operates within or is housed in a federal unit/facility

- The USG provides significant infrastructure, resources, or facilities to OpenAI

- OpenAI receives dedicated government funding or contracts as part of the partnership structure

- OpenAI personnel are integrated into government operations or decision-making processes

- Joint governance structures are established between OpenAI and federal agencies

The partnership must be officially announced and documented through government channels (press releases, congressional testimony, federal register notices, etc.).

I will not bet in this market. Resolution can get tricky so happy to get feedback to make this clearer.
