Background:

Hex Heroes is an "upcoming" multiplayer real time strategy game. Originally planned to release in 2015, it has been delayed numerous times and the developers have become increasingly silent, but it was never officially canceled. It has become a notorious example of Kickstarter projects that never come to pass. Will Hex Heroes see daylight before the decade is out?

Resolution criteria:

Resolves YES if Hex Heroes is officially made available in a nominally complete form for the general public to play on any platform before market close. Otherwise, resolves NO at market close.

For the purpose of this market, Hex Heroes is:

• Any game titled "Hex Heroes", released with the involvement of Prismatic Games, Chris Jennewein, Andy Lee, or Mario Castañeda, or;

• Any game that makes heavy use of the existing code or assets of Hex Heroes, or is officially said to replace Hex Heroes, released with the involvement of Prismatic Games, Chris Jennewein, Andy Lee, or Mario Castañeda, or;

• Any new game that $15+ Hex Heroes Kickstarter backers receive a PC download code for directly in connection with their Kickstarter support.
