The Paris Agreement, signed in 2016, is an international treaty on climate change, with a goal of keeping temperature rise below 2°C (and ideally below 1.5°C).

Almost every country in the world has ratified the agreement (though the US withdrew and then rejoined); only three members of the UNFCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change) have signed but not ratified the agreement.

Iran, Libya and Yemen all signed the Agreement in 2016; they will (independently) resolve YES if they ratify or accede to the Agreement on 31 December 2029 or earlier, and NO otherwise.
