This resolves YES If before the end of 2029 Waymo or Cruise pause or cancel all service in a supported metro area due to incidents of vandalism. It's sufficient if the company says that this is the reason if it later comes out that they stopped services due to some other reason ( think Walgreens and theft) this still resolves YES.

@HenriThunberg IMO it depends. I live in Portland and I wouldn't be surprised if our tiny sub-population of Black Block a-holes, or tweakers with mental issues would set a Waymo on fire if it showed up here even if it was generally extremely popular. The glass on bus stops gets smashed almost immediately after it gets repaired. Doesn't mean public transit is unpopular.
