Currently, when I watch something on Netflix which has been dubbed into English, the video feed doesn't change, so the lip movements don't match up. But this could potentially change with deepfake technology changing the video to make it appear as if the actors are speaking English. On the close date, I will make a determination as to whether most movies/tv shows on Netflix do this.
