a) his body is brought back to california

b) he is buried in South Africa

c) he is buried at sea

same questions for if he dies in the US

@Odoacre yes I think the claim can come true if he dies a year or more before the due date.

@StrayClimb What if he dies while in the US? A dead person isn't really a person, so Elon Musk wouldn't be inside the US because Elon Musk wouldn't exist.
