At the end of some time period (maybe a month, but I get to choose), I will award a bounty to everyone who comments with the amount equal to the number of commenters.
For example, if 10 unique people comment, I will award them each 10 mana.
If 100 unique people comment, I will award them each 100 mana.
I will obviously increase the pot size if necessary.

200 people * 200 mana per person = 40000 mana. He will not wait for that. So more people join, faster the market closes, making it more mana per time for people.
