Must achieve a height of about 1000 feet and the words must be clearly legible to the naked eye on the ground. The words must be visible for at least 60 seconds. If the Bay is not viable for FAA reasons I will accept an adjacent highly visible location.

I am imagining those skywriter/banner planes but if you get the Blue Angels to do it I won’t resolve NO.

My guess is that people who care this strongly about EY would also be people who understand how wasteful the expense would be

(Sky banners are more likely to be around 1000 ft altitude )
