Resolves YES if there is credible reporting by market close that any passenger in a Waymo vehicle has been harmed by someone motivated by anti-Waymo sentiment.
Harmed means substantially affected for a meaningful duration, so getting a cup of water dunked on them or getting paintballed as they leave the vehicle doesn't count (even if it hurt a little), but getting pepper sprayed or even lightly bruised would. If the intent to harm is serious enough that it could be reasonably expected to cause long-term mental distress then it counts even if no physical harm occurs, e.g. firing a gun that misses, or being tackled to the ground.
Harm doesn't need to be direct, if someone makes the vehicle malfunction intentionally, and this leads to the driver getting harmed, even unintentionally, then this counts. E.g, it would count if someone throws a can of paint on the car and it brakes, and then another car crashes into it.
Anti-Waymo or anti-autonomous vehicle intent will be assumed unless there is significant evidence to the contrary, at my discretion.
