This question will resolve YES if the GOP wins the House, Senate and Presidency, and a national abortion ban is passed by the 2026 midterm election. This question will resolve NO if rape, incest or, health of mother exceptions are included in the passed legislation. If life of mother exceptions are included the question will still resolve YES. This question will resolve N/A if the GOP does not win a trifecta.
