GW is a rate over time, so doesn't make sense to me as an answer for how much energy will be produced in a year. This should either be re-stated in terms of energy (e.g. GWh, J), or clarified how long it has to be producing at that rate for it to count. For instance, if it produced 11GW for one second and 0W for the rest of the year, how does this resolve?
