If the releases are announced on the same day or o3 release is announced first, and GPT-5 is released within a week of o3, I will count that as simultaneous and resolve No.

@ahalekelly hmm, up to you, I was just posting it to spread the info. Still pretty decent odds that they cjange their minds and release o3, certainly not impossible
