At least one feature (text improvement, Genmoji etc.) needs to be generally available (i.e. not just via an opt-in beta) on CH region and DE language iPhones for a yes.
If gating additionally depends on using an Apple ID from the respective region, I’ll defer to Apple’s documentation and plausible evidence, in that order, to resolve (I don’t have a DE or CH account myself).
Will resolve NA if it’s available in neither region by end of 2025.
Will resolve no if it becomes available in both markets simultaneously, or in Germany before Switzerland.
