This market will resolve to Yes if a credible announcement is made that existing CRIs will be disestablished and a new entity is to be established to replace them. The announcement must signal that the decision is final, but the transition process does not need to have begun for this to resolve to Yes.
The legal form and ownership of the new entity is not relevant to this contract. A new government research and science department (similar to the DSIR), a single new CRI, or a single new private entity established via CRI asset sales, will all resolve this contract to Yes.
