Being commercially available is subjective. I would generally say to resolve it would have to be something that I could ask my doctor about getting and I would be able to get it for less than half a million dollars.
It also has to be FDA-approved.

@LarsOsborne Yes, and there's a lot that is FDA approved and commercially available that doctors won't give you if you ask. Opiates, for example. I have the impression the question needs "cosmetic" or "elective" in the title.
