Chris will a major new windows update (possibly not titled '12') still resolve as 'yes'?

If so, I'm inclined to put down bets on YES. If not, I'm less confident

I've heard that it will not be with a title change to windows 12, any big update counts or only if it's windows 12? Regardless sailing demo seemed promising.
