Can we debate the pros and cons of the topic choice? :D There's not a lot of intriguing 'cons' to PMs. But there might be some interesting pros/cons to the best usages of PMs (eg, elections, futarchy, real money markets, terrorism, war, death markets, death tolls, vague rule writing, ..)

Markets in general are just weighted votes, and are widely regarded as a net positive.

Also, instead of a debate, what's interesting is collaboratively (rather than adversarially) first discussing cons together and then the pros together. Keeping a list and doing it alongside community chat makes it more complete.

@strutheo :) The biggest problem with mgmnt by PM is that platforms such as Manifold refuse to dogfood. Seems like a short debate! I'd mix it up a bit.
